Some times for a couple of hours. I remember over 10 years ago when that used to happen often, but this past Wednesday was a doozy.<br />And, now, the weather is wonderful again. Granted, the highlands of Mexico are cooler than most people up here realize... but I never thought I would see Ohio being warmer than Mexico in early March. I guess I'm going to blame you, then. ...OK, Al. I guess I'm going to blame you, then. The weather in Mexico City has been remarkably similar to what you describe, minus the snow. We had blustery winds, cold (lower 40's a couple of nights), and rain. Oh, and a 1.5 hr power failure too.
